The Dual-Use Tech Summit Oulu brings together leading experts, developers, and decision-makers in dual-use technology and defense from Finland and abroad. The event aims to showcase the latest trends and innovations in the field and highlight innovative ideas and solutions from SMEs. It serves as a networking hub for professionals, companies, investors, and stakeholders to exchange views and foster new collaborations, with a strong focus on supporting the growth and business opportunities of SMEs.

The defense sector market is now growing rapidly, and on the other hand, R&D investments in Northern Finland are among the top in the country and even at the forefront in Europe.
